Instructor - Frank McKinley

From working for his family’s business in a small, Northern Arizona town, then traveling around the world in the Navy, to graduating at the top of his class in Beauty School, Frank McKinley has always dreamed of being in business for himself.  At the age of 30, he bought a small hair salon in North Scottsdale, AZ, growing it from $70,000 a year in gross revenues to $1 million in just ten years.

Always eager for education and self-improvement, Frank sold his salon in 2001, to start building wealth through real estate investing. His first deal was the purchase of a car wash. Although he planned to purchase the land, the deal went bust, and his money was lost. Refusing to give up, Frank turned right back to real estate and ultimately started his own real estate investment company. Through his unique buying and selling techniques, Frank acquired, bought, and sold numerous properties in many states around the country; and in just one and a half years, he became a real estate millionaire.

As a national trainer and real estate coach, he enjoys helping others pursue their dreams and accomplish their goals. He has presented his techniques to large audiences and has helped many individuals accomplish their dreams of making money in real estate, through owning and acquiring real estate investment properties.  Some of Frank’s students are now real estate millionaires. Real estate investing is his passion; and through “Flippin’ Explosion,” Frank looks forward to sharing his knowledge with as many eager investors as possible!
